These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pasha Automations services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Pasha Automations provides workflow automation consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to:

• Automation system design and development
• Integration of third-party software tools
• Ongoing maintenance and support
• Training and documentation

Engagement Terms

All projects begin with a discovery call to understand your needs. Following discovery, we provide a proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing. Work begins upon acceptance of the proposal and receipt of any required deposits.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your project proposal. Generally:

• Setup fees are due upon project commencement
• Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each billing period
• Custom development may require milestone-based payments

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary systems and accounts
• Respond to questions and requests within reasonable timeframes
• Provide accurate information about business processes
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom workflows and automations created specifically for them. We retain the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and non-client-specific components in other projects.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
